I gained experience in gastronomy in the best restaurants in Krakow. However, the adventure with such a demanding field as gastronomy began already in high school, when I decided to enter the cookery career path. Thanks to that I started to gain my first professional experience on internships abroad in France and Finland. I also improved my skills by participating in gastronomic competitions, including one of the most prestigious gastronomic competitions in Poland - L'Art de la cuisine Martell, in which I took one of the leading places.
I am interested in Polish cuisine in a modern edition, with a particular love for excellent quality meats, the preparation of which each time requires 100% ability, total commitment and full attention on the part of the Chef.
